I finally get to a spin that pays me out with 18 free spins on top of it. Then it freezes, so i go to chat with online customer support and was told to take a screen shot so I did and emailed it like asked. Then I get an email back from a supervisor saying that I need to forward a session time , so I go look for that and then all of a sudden that game play is gone and was told that my cell screen shot wasn't good enough. Party casino will not pay me my withdrawal, it has been over 4 months. Every time I talk to to someone on the live chat they keep saying it’s being looked at, there is no withdrawal or it’s there payment providers fault (gigadat). I’ve contacted them and they have no requests and informed me to ask to speak with a supervisor. I’ve been in contact with them 4 separate times and they just keep saying it’s been escalated. Obviously it hasn’t and it’s just another auto reply like the bots on their live chat.
